Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all appointments be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. You can easily make changes to your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation message—you may also call or text at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or modify your booking.

If you're unable to cancel or adjust your appointment before the 24-hour window, it will be marked as a no-show, and a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file.

Need to adjust the time of your appointment on the same day? If there’s availability, feel free to book a new time slot online.

All first-time clients are required to review and sign a New Client Intake form during the booking process.

If you’re unable to attend, we appreciate a courtesy email to glowbaratx@gmail.com.

Late arrivals: Spray tan sessions are scheduled for 25 minutes. If you arrive 5 minutes or more late, you may have to be worked in to other set appointments.

When you arrive:
Please park at the building located at the front of the residency.
